Food that Kills

I haven’t finished watching this yet, and I don’t have enough clinical training to know about blood lipid levels after meals and whether vegetable fats would do the same as shown in the early example with the cheeseburger… You guys have to see it, though. Something that stuck with me: butter/animal fats on meat, when left out in room temperature, stays solid. What we eat enter the bloodstream. Do you want to have solid fats in your diet?
